About Archer Biosciences

Archer Biosciences is advancing the field of cancer therapy through the development of a novel class of taxoids, called abeotaxanes, which are designed to treat a range of cancers, including difficult to treat and therapy-resistant tumors.

Archer’s lead product candidate, ARC-100 (TPI-287), significantly enhances the anti-tumor effects of chemotherapy and has shown promising safety and efficacy results in patients with solid tumors.

Among other abeotaxanes that have been synthesized, ARC-100 is the only molecule that has exhibited significant in-vivo anti-cancer activity and is presently in clinical development. ARC-100 is being evaluated in multiple clinical trials in advanced solid tumors, including neuroblastoma, glioblastoma and melanoma. An additional study is planned in advanced stage breast cancer (metastatic to brain).

The company also has one additional compound in pre-clinical development: ARC-200, a follow-on abeotaxane being investigated as an oral therapy.
